Welcome to Hammertime Construction. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all waterproofing, roofing repairs, damp proofing, sealing, and related construction services provided by Hammertime Construction in Cape Town and surrounding areas.

• All quotations are free unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Quotations are based on the visible condition of the property during inspection.
• If additional issues are discovered during the project, Hammertime Construction will notify the client before proceeding with additional work.

Hammertime Construction does not require a deposit. Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is due upon completion of the job.
• The client will be given an opportunity to inspect the work before payment is made.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours of project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in interest charges on overdue amounts and legal recovery of outstanding amounts.

All work performed will follow the scope described in the quotation. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

The client agrees to provide:

• Safe and clear access to the work area
• Access to electricity and water if required
• Removal of fragile or valuable items near the work area

Hammertime Construction will not be responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

Waterproofing and roofing work is highly dependent on weather conditions. Hammertime Construction reserves the right to reschedule work due to rain or unsafe weather conditions.

Hammertime Construction provides a workmanship warranty on waterproofing work, subject to the following conditions:

• Structural movement or building settlement
• New cracks forming after repairs
• Damage caused by storms or extreme weather
• Work altered or repaired by third parties
• Areas not treated as part of the original project

Warranty details may vary depending on the specific waterproofing system used.

Hammertime Construction shall not be held responsible for:

• Hidden structural defects not visible during inspection
• Water damage caused by pre-existing building faults
• Delays caused by weather or material shortages
• Indirect or consequential damages
